Cost: $195 for seven week series, and increases to $215 one week prior.

This is a traditional group therapy, incorporating various yoga practices to help engage your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self, which is essential for creating complete body-mind-spirit health.  It involves a holistic approach to your life, not just that part of you that is called "addiction, depression, anxiety, eating disorder, grief, fear, etc."

Reconnect with Food Series offered in between.

Wednesdays - September 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13, 20 and 27

Bring mat and towel to practice yoga, along with comfortable cushion to sit upon.  Bring journal/notebook along with pen/pencil.
