The goals of this training retreat are to give professionals the tools to create their own yoga and eating disorder recovery/body acceptance program, using the Reconnect with Food® system. Learn how to incorporate the philosophy of yoga, while creating an integrated treatment team.
This training also offers an opportunity for self-exploration.
Professionals that may enroll in and benefit from this program in order to use the wisdom of yoga in their respective professional setting are:
- Mental Health Professionals (psychologists, social workers, licensed professional counselors)
- Registered/Licensed Dietitians
- Registered Yoga Teachers
- Physicians
- School/Community Educators

By immersing yourself in our healing programs, and putting yourself in the shoes of our clients, you will learn and experience on deep level to share in your respective practice setting. Professionals who have attended our programs also have the opportunity to explore any outstanding food and body image issues that need to be addressed.
