“Beverly Price has created a very informative and inspiring DVD on Reconnecting with Food. Bev has the professional depth of academic rigor from her nutritional and exercise traditional rigor and then nicely balances it with the "heart" of self-compassion and nurturing when she blends in her Yoga training. This is work you can confidently recommend to both the lay population and professional colleagues.”
