Do you have a pre-occupation with food?

If you are interested in further exploring your relationship with food, body image and emotions following treatment, you will benefit from this dynamic yoga experience. It's the only one of its kind in town!

We invite you to explore the practice of YOGA and "mindful awareness" for deeper understanding of self-acceptance and self-awareness.

By participating in this unique program, we invite you to continue to learn how your relationship with food parallels every other relationship in your life:

• Discover your roots and messages contributing to your thought process
• Delay impulses
• Enjoy your body
• Eat mindfully
• Heal negative body image and develop self-acceptance
• Avoid using food or starvation to numb your emotions
• Integrate techniques into your daily yoga practice

Bring a mat and towel to practice yoga, dress comfortably. Bring pen/pencil and paper or journal to take notes.

If you are new to our group, please download here the Yoga Workshops waiver, sign and date the waiver, and bring to your first class. You may also fax it to our office at 248-336-2879.
