2007 Workshops

"My balance is bad due to nerve deafness.  As we 'danced' from reverse warrior to side angle pose, I did not expect to be able to do it at all.  I was surprised to find that if I watched my extended hand as I went back and forth, I was able to find the balance that allowed me to succeed.  Watching my hands to find my balance...the perfect metaphor for my entire life."

"Marie Fox's well-timed holiday course helped me cope with my depression and anxiety. I gained several useful tools with which I could re-engage my negative emotions in a more positive direction, and I could cope more effectively with my depression. I look forward to my next course with her in February 2009."

"Julie Stulberg is so knowledgeable about what she does, not only on an
intellectual level, but also from experience.  She knows everything there is to know about healing and recovery [from eating disorders/addiction], but shares it in a real and practical way that takes into consideration the particular experience of each of her clients.  She cares deeply about her clients, and notices and appreciates what is special about each of them.  She made me feel seen and understood in a way that I haven't before.
